David Marshall Honored as "Super Lawyer"
David Marshall was named as a "Super Lawyer" in Washington State for 2003 by
Washington Law & Politics magazine. Each year the magazine recognizes
the top lawyers in the state with the title, based on extensive surveys of
attorneys in the state.
According to a profile to appear in the August 2003 issue of Washington Law and Politics:

David defends many persons accused of child abuse. His clients come to him in deep trouble. He fights to give them their lives back-- either by clearing them of false charges or, when guilt is clear, by opening a path through the legal and psychological problems that have ensnared them. He is exceptionally dogged in his pursuit of evidence and exploration of theories of defense. He teaches clients to tell the truth, without varnish, and not to underestimate the power of the truth or the discernment of a jury. An acquitted client once called him “a brave warrior;” each day he tries to earn that description afresh.
