David Marshall to Participate
in 2003 Washington Criminal Justice Institute
David Marshall will be participating in a panel session for the 2003 Washington Criminal Justice Institute. David's session, entitled "Practical Tips When Dealing with Child Witnesses, Including an Update on Videotaping of Child Interviews," will be held on September 9, at the Seattle Center. Other session participants will include Lisa D. Johnson, Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, King County
Prosecutor's Office, and Christine Liebsack, Child Interview Specialist, King County Prosecutor's Office.
