David Marshall to be Featured Speaker at OCDLA Winter Conference
David Marshall will be a featured speaker at the Oregon
Criminal Defense Association (OCDLA) Winter Conference on December 3-4, in
Portland, Oregon. He will speak December 3rd on voir dire in sexual assault cases, and December 4th on ramifications of this year's landmark decision in Crawford v. Washington.
